When can you get a license after you are arrested for driving without a license?

I am just being a little nosey and want some information. My boyfriend's baby's mother was arrested for driving with no license in georgia. what is going to happen as a result of this? will she be able to obtain a license now and if so when? and was the car impounded because she was arrested?
