Need a new hopper/loader any suggestions?

I recently purchased a spyder pilot 2008 and a kit to go along with it. the kit included a 20 oz co2 tank nforcer jt thermal mask, squeeges, and a quantum viewloader hopper. I know how bad that hopper is and i wanted to know of some other cheap ones because after all that im on a tight budget. and I have also herd that for an electric gun its better to have a hpa(high preasure air) tank is this true, and if so suggestions on cheep tanks as well.
