My brother has pnemonia and is now on antibiotics but i am feeling sick now and i am 38weeks and 4days...?

38 weeks and 4days pregnant...should i be worried or is it just the cold that i caught from him...because i know he got pnemonia from waiting too long to treat the virus he had. I have tried my hardest not to be around him so i dont get sick but its impossible to stay 100% away from every little germ when you live in the same house and cant disinfect every single little thing...should i be worried? should i go into the doctor tomorrow?
