Party?????

I want to have a great 13th birthday party. it cant be outside (unless its warm) because my birthday is January 17. im turning 14. and I need to convince my mom. I'm almost there but if i beg she wil cgange her mid completly. my sister convinced her for me last year but stuff came uo so we couldnt have it. but me and my sister arent getting along but if that changes i could talk to her about it. but how do i convince her and throw a great party that people will be talking about
