Sports... But the type that relaxes you.. My sis has a Ballet work out..(just a Ballet wok out).. like exercises they do.. you don't have to be a Ballet person to do it. Yoga is another but I think that relates to alot of Hinduism or Buddhism not sure. Cooking works for me and reading Quran and listening to it..and the 5 times prayer..also tahajud..(it will benefit you during the day, trust me)
