Area and Dimensions problem...Please help!?

This is Calculus. A flyer in the shape of a rectangle has a total area of 76 square inches. The top and bottom margins are 1.5 inches. The side margins are 1 inch. Find the dimensions of the flyer whose print area is a maximum. I have to find the function to be optimized and the constraints. Can anyone help me? I've been stuck on this for a while.
