To become a Pediatric Oncologist or Plastic Surgeon?

im 14 years old and i have big dreams on becoming one of those choices.My mind is also set on attending the University of Florida. they have a medical school for medicine...and i'm wondering,if I do attend UF,and major in medicine,and go to med school can I still become one of those jobs...also how many years of education would that be all together..and what is the yearly salary for a pediatric oncologist and plastic surgeon.
