Dog Breeder Contract - Please help me get out of a "Guardian Home Contract" that I have with a breeder.?

if she has a medical condition she should not be bred in the first place so thats an irresponsible breeder. However unless it stipulates somewhere in the contract how to break the contract or under what cirstances the contract may be broken you might have dug yourself a whole. the pup should have been checked before anything was signed. i hope you figure somthing out...best of luck
