Should i, or shouldnt i?

I have been talking to this girl i knew in high school and we just reunited after a year (WOW) in my college anatomy cl. We have always had ually suggestive conversations b/c we are both facetious. However, recently we were studying anatomy (actually studying) and then it got a little fresh. Should i continue to study with her and just study unorthodoxly or remain friends like we currently are?
