When Are Cops Going To Pay For Their Crimes?

Are you talking about India? Not different. Here the most corrupt system is police. No respected person would ever dare to go to police for lodging a complaint even if he suffers a great loss. Even for verification of personal information for /Govt. service/pport etc everybody has to pay bribe irrespective of state and police station.
