Under Race, shouldn't the census say "Check all that Apply"?

It should have you check all that applies. I thought it was odd that they ask you if you are hispanic in one question and then in the next question they give you options as to what other races you are. Funny. But, we checked all the races that applied for us. Not sure if they wanted us to . . but I don't think there are any people who only have ONE race in them.
