i might have thought she was just into it for a quick one night make out fling but why would she put your number in her phone then??? i wouldnt if i didnt want a phone call lol. maybe it was just cuz it was late, maybe she feels kind of wierd talking on the phone cuz she dosent really know you and you are her friends cousin. have you asked your cousin about her thats what id do girls tell there friends everything so just ask your cousin/her friend. maybe shes worried your cousin wont appreciate her dating you or something like that. maybe try to text?? if its possible its easier to talk to ppl you dont really know that way. i woudlnt say give up just yet talk to your cuz and try calling her at a more appropriate time if it doesnt go anywhere it doesnt the worst that could happen is she says no and you dont get together right? its better than never knowing. either way good luck! i hope it works out
