Does Yahoo! hate the first amendment which gives us the right of free speech?

The first amendment and free speech only applies to speech between you and the GOVERNMENT of the USA. Yahoo is a private company and when you signed up,you agreed to the limitations in the CG and TOS, which say that Yahoo can do anything they want and can delete your content for any reason. If you want freedom, go look at dizzay.com, which is a sight like YA,but very few rules. When you see the difference, come back to YA and follow the rules.
