Can eating meat cause mouth ulcers?

nope. it's just your body chemestry adjusting. for TCM it's just your body being slow to compensate to this type of 'heaty' food after always eating 'cooling' foods. if it was alergy, your skin particularly your lips would break out not ulcers.
