Bleeding Rectum question..?

For the past 2 weeks i have had continuous diarrhea. I have also had a l yeast infection which has given me cuts on parts of my ..but now i also have bleeding from around my rectum and when i inspected it, it looks like cuts all around the outside of the rectum and some just on the inside of it as well..it is really painful when i sit on the toilet as it stretches them. Any way i can fix this?
