Problem!!! Plz plz plz I need some advice!?

Ok me nd 2 of my friends decided to pull a joke on this guy who's my friend. We told him tht we were very upset with him n to nor tlk to us again. It was stupid I kno especially since I like him. Well we were going to tell him it was a joke today, well, I found out he took it way too seriously...:( he's upset with me nd I'm very sad naow. I've decided to tell him tht I'm very very srry. Wat boggles my mind is tht he is only upset with me not my other friends. This is the same guy from my last question. Why is he only upset with me? Is this a weird way of showing me howmuch he likes me?? He said it wasn't funny at all n he was hurt I'm truly deeply srry. Wish me luck n help explain this.
