I have purchased H/Honda splendour in Dec 2003 I never got average above 60 now it is around 48-53. Any Remedy

Authorised service centers never cleaned carburettor,they say there is no need to touch it..... They say spark plug is clean so there is no problem, problem is with your driving style ,and so on.
